Subschedules

After you create a Local Schedule, you can conveniently create sub-sets or sub-schedules of your Local Schedule for various departments within your organization, and provide each department with the portion of your Local Schedule that applies to that particular department.  If you make any change or edit to a Record Series Item in you Local Schedule, that change is automatically included in all sub-sets of your Local schedule that you have created.
