Retention Schedule Manager Plus

All of the major functions of Retention Schedule Manager are accessible from the main screen.  Load Intersect-published Retention Schedule Masters from diskette, or   create your own schedule items.  Create multiple sub-sets of your local schedule -- a different sub-schedule for each department within your organization.   Revise your local schedule as often as necessary, and publish your schedule and sub-schedules in hard-copy, or publish them on a local area network, and users can view your local schedule with Retention Schedule Viewer.  

When you print a local schedule you have created, Retention Schedule Manager Plus automatically generates a cross-reference, both numeric (by item number) and alphabetic (by Record Series Title).

If you use Intersect's Records Control and Management Systems (RCAMS) software to keep track of your containers, you can easily transfer your local schedule into RCAMS and conveniently access your local schedule when creating containers and assigning destroy dates.
