Retention Schedule Viewer

Retention Schedule Viewer is a special version of Intersect Systems' Windows™-based Retention Schedule Manager and Retention Schedule Manager Plus software applications designed to allow various departments and divisions within an organization a quick and convenient way to view a retention schedule created with one of Intersect’s retention schedule software applications. Retention Schedule Viewer is network-compatible, and can operate in a stand-alone or networked mode.

Retention Schedule Viewer is a read-only application; users can not change any part of a retention schedule that is published over a local area network.

Retention Schedule Viewer is a convenient way to give various departments within an organization on-line access to an applicable retention schedule without the need to distribute printed copies.

When the central retention schedule is updated in a network installation, all Retention Schedule Viewer stations immediately have access to the updated schedule. If Retention Schedule Viewer stations are operated in a stand-alone mode, then each station can be updated in a couple of minutes using a convenient built-in function to load an updated master schedule from a diskette.

Retention Schedule Viewer has the ability to print a formatted copy of the department’s retention schedule, or to print selected items for reference.
