Dallas, Texas -- January 10, 2002 Intersect Systems Inc., a Texas-based developer of software for retention schedule development and records management, today announced that the company has been approved as a Qualified Information Systems Vendor (QISV) with the General Services Commission (GSC).
Texas State Agencies are required to use the QISV program when making purchases for commodities and services pertaining to this program; General Services Commission Cooperative Purchasing Program members are also eligible to use the program. These eligible purchasing entities have full authority to utilize the program.
